Development Program
Become a Certified Team Coach with the ICF Award Winning Coach Education Provider. Receive all the instructional and team coaching supervision requirements to achieve an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) designation from the ICF. The Erickson Certified Team Coach Certification (ACTC Pathway) is comprised of three courses: High Performance Team Coaching, the Advanced Team Coaching course and 5 hours of Group Team Coaching Supervision.
Erickson’s Team Coaching programs have been delivered for more than a decade across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia, helping thousands of leaders and organizations integrate a coaching culture into their everyday work.

The High-Performance Team Coaching training represents the first stage of Erickson Coaching International’s ICF-accredited pathway in professional team coaching.
Upon completion of this 4-day program, participants receive a Certificate of Completion from Erickson Coaching International, confirming participation in an ICF-accredited training. The course provides the foundational knowledge and practical tools required to begin applying team coaching principles in organizational settings.
