What other information should you be aware of when studying at Erickson?
First and foremost, we would like to emphasize that choosing a specialization in coaching is not mandatory at all. Upon completing training at the Erickson UAE, you, as a coach, have the flexibility to work with inquiries from various fields. As you gain experience and practice, you will be able to pinpoint the most engaging niches for yourself and focus on those areas.
The Erickson UAE does not provide clients during training, as prospecting is an additional skill that our students practice during training. As part of the program, our students are required to work in teams of three with assistants, and after completing the first module they can begin to practice with clients. We would be happy to share our own experience of finding our first coaching clients!
ICF stands for International Coaching Federation. It is the leading organization of coaches and coach education institutions worldwide. ICF is dedicated to maintaining high standards through independent certification and establishing a global network of skilled coaching professionals.
The Level 1 program is accredited by ICF, which means that upon completion, you can receive an ACC ICF certificate. To obtain this certificate, you must accumulate an additional 100 hours of practice and pass the ICF test.

Yes. The Art & Science of Coaching is an ICF ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours) accredited programme. Erickson Coaching International is one of the world's most recognised ICF-accredited providers. Completing Level 1 gives you the training hours required to apply for the ICF ACC credential.
Level 1 qualifies you to apply for the ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential – the entry-level International Coaching Federation credential recognised globally. You will also need 100+ coaching hours and must pass the ICF Credentialing Exam.
