1. Learners opting for multi-payment must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
2. Failure to make payments within the contracted dates will result in immediate termination of enrollment
Refunds1. Tuition fee for each course that a learner registers for includes a non-refundable application fee.
- Non-Refundable Application Fee for Online Course - $300USD
- Non-Refundable Application Fee for Onsite Course - $400 USD
2. Furthermore, a refund request for each course is subject to a $200 USD admin fee.
Refund Eligibility: All courses are subject to a partial refund as long as they meet the following refund eligibility criteria.
- Online Course - Refund requests must be received within the first 2 live sessions of an online course and before the third online session commences.
- Onsite Course - Refund requests must be received within the 1st day of the onsite course and before the second day of training begins.
- Mentor Bundle Course (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) - Refund requests must be received at least 7 business days before the first scheduled group coaching session begins.
3. Learners who wish to withdraw from a course or a program must notify customer service (uae_info@erickson.by) in writing (email) within the prescribed time period.
4. Tuition fees will be non-refundable beyond the above-mentioned grace period.
5. Upon receiving a refund request, a refund addendum will be sent to the learner. The learner's signature on the addendum is required before the refund process can begin.
6. Upon submitting a refund request, learners will be immediately removed from the enrolled course, and access to course content on Erickson Online Academy will no longer be available.
7. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during enrollment.
8. All fees and refunds are subject to applicable taxes.
9. Refunds may take up to 20 business days to be processed and reflected in the learner's bank account.
Intellectual Property1. Materials, concepts, and information (collectively called “Materials”) presented by Erickson during course delivery either orally or in writing, are the property of Erickson Coaching International and Marilyn Atkinson, and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
2. The Materials constitute commercially valuable, proprietary, confidential property of Erickson, the design and development of which required substantial effort, time, and money.
3. All rights are expressly reserved by Erickson and Marilyn Atkinson.
4. Learners agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, and not to distribute, lend, or otherwise transfer the Materials without the prior written permission of Erickson.
5. Learners agree not to use the Materials in any way that would compromise the confidential and proprietary nature of the Materials.
6. Learners agree that the Materials presented by Erickson are intended solely for use in the course and that the Learner is free to use the Materials for their personal use as a coach.
7. Learners agree not to resell, reproduce, sell, or repackage and sell the Materials.
8. Learners agree not to deliver the Materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, or anything derived from the Materials, either orally or in writing, as part of any seminar/webinar, training program, workshop, consulting, book, article, speech, talk, and/or similar business activity which the Learner makes available to their clients or to others, except with the prior written permission of Erickson.
Code of Conduct:Learners are required to
1. Use polite and respectful language when interacting with facilitators, TAs, fellow learners, enrollment advisors, the customer service team, and any other Erickson team member.
2. Refrain from using offensive, derogatory, or discriminatory language.
3. Show consideration for the opinions and perspectives of others, even when differing from their own.
4. Be conscious of their behavior and avoid any actions that could disrupt the learning environment.
5. Treat everyone with respect, irrespective of their background or identity.
6. Address any conflicts or disagreements respectfully and privately.
7. Seek guidance from the course facilitator or designated Erickson staff if conflicts persist.
8. Avoid personal attacks and focus on finding constructive solutions.
9. Respect the privacy of others.
10. Do not share personal information about themselves or others without permission.
Course Participation:Learners are required to
1. Join their class on time and be prepared with the necessary materials.
2. Appear on camera during live sessions.
Learners who are continuously off camera will be marked absent and may be withdrawn from the course.
3. Engage in class discussions, activities, and assignments in a timely manner.
4. Complete assignments and readings as instructed.
5. Notify the facilitator in advance if they cannot attend a class or complete an assignment.
6. Submit their own work and give proper credit to the sources they use.
7. Use appropriate software (Zoom) for attending online classes.
8. Use appropriate software (Chrome on a desktop or laptop computer) to access Erickson Online Academy.
